How long is my certification valid for?
First Aid certification is valid for 3 years.
When do I need a renewal vs. a full course?
Heart and stroke recommends annual renewal of CPR/AED skills.

If your certification has expired, you will need to take the full course (with the exception of BLS renewal pathways)
Do you offer private group or on-site training
Yes. I provide private training sessions for clinics, dental offices, preschools, corporate teams and other organizations.

Training can be hosted at your location or at a mutually arranged space.

How does pricing work for private group bookings?
Group and on-site training is quoted based on location, number of participants and scheduling needs.

Do I have to do the full First Aid course if I have a certificate with another provider?
Yes. Heart & Stroke has it's own requirements and curriculum.
The course is mainly comprised of powerpoint instruction, scenario-based practice and real life examples.
My manikins provide real-time feedback so you leave confident in your skills.
How do I access my completion card?
Once you have completed the course, you will recieve an email from Heart and Stroke. Follow the instructions in the email to access your completion card.
